Prior to the sale, communication was excellent - answered and returned most phone calls. Helpful with questions we had, organizing signatures and paperwork etc. Has clear understanding of the market and negotiation with the owners was good. However, gave misleading information as to whether the property we purchased allowed pets (told us that we were allowed pets when in fact the strata report stated clearly that pets are not allowed). Also informed us that high strata fees were temporary while renovations take place, when in fact they were permanent and due to increase in the next 12 months. Did not seem interested in answering or returning any of our phone calls once the purchase was made. On the day of final inspection at 11am (pre-arranged time with the agency) no one from the agency was there to meet us. After multiple calls to the agency, told that the agent who was meant to meet us at the property was off sick. Eventually met by another agency representative at the property who forgot to bring the keys. Then received a call much later in the day telling us that the agent who was meant to meet us was off sick and that we would need to organize another final inspection time - hours after the final inspection had taken place. Although the staff from one agency were very apologetic about this, communication between staff at the agency and clients needs some improvement. We are sorry that we could not provide more positive feedback.
Adam sought best possible price and it was very clear he was working for me - the seller and not the prospective buyer.
