For the past seven years Adam Young has established himself professionally and personally on the Gold Coast, during which time he has become a highly successful commercial real estate agent. With a number of achievements to his name thus far, Adam continues to strive towards excellence and takes great pride in cultivating client relationships.
Having completed over 200 commercial property transactions during his time with Ray White, predominately working through the hardest economic climate, the Global Financial Crisis, Adam’s achievements extend beyond sales to include the introduction of his brother, James, to the real estate industry. With Adam as his business partner and mentor James developed a great passion for the industry which eventually led him to winning the Ray White International Rising Star award in early 2012.
Adam has constantly been in the top 10 commercial agents on the Gold Coast for settled fees and settled transactions and specialises in all areas of commercial property including office, retail, industrial, investment, development sites and recreational facilities. Currently an Alan White Premier member, a position held for the past 3 years, this prestigious award is presented to any agent who experiences a high level of sales success in any one year within the entire Ray White Group. In 2013 Adam was recognised for his continued success as a finalist in the YRIRE (Young Persons In Real Estate) Outstanding Performer Award at the Ray White International Awards.
Personally, Adam is a highly competitive golfer who always strives to achieve above and beyond his personal best, an attitude which is reflected through all his endeavours. A keen fisherman who loves the beach and water Adam has adapted to the lifestyle of the Gold Coast with enthusiasm. A motivated, committed and passionate employee of the Ray White Group, Adam is constantly immersing himself into his professional and personal goals and is determined to achieve the best results out of everything he does.
