I could not be happier with the way in which Adele Colman helped us prepare our property for sale and helped us through the sale process. Adele was highly professional and scrupulous in her approach. First of all, we knew Adele was serving our interests and that all the suggestions she made were in the light of those interests. Adele was obviously in touch with the demands of the market and advised us exactly how to go about promoting the strengths of house to that market. At the same time, Adele was also highly conscious of the emotional effects of selling a family home and recognised that some decisions were difficult to make. I have no reservations in recommending Adele to anyone who wants to gain the best price they can for their house and keep their sanity at the same time.

We found Adele to be extremely helpful and obliging, if it wasn't for her we probably still wouldn't have settled! Her communication is excellent, she is always responsive and follows through with everything she says she will. In the initial phases of negotiation we were upset by her sharing our offer to other prospective buyers, however even on this point she was honest about her open method of negotiation, and although we didn't agree, we didn't feel "played" or deceived as we have felt by other agents in Blackheath. On the whole we found Adele very pleasant to deal with and we would highly recommend her.
