The difference we noticed with Adele was the level of communication - we were always notified if offers were placed on a property at an inspection, even if we'd shown no obvious signs of interest. When we did eventually make an offer and began negotiations, Adele worked well into the evening on Easter Saturday to keep us informed, and we received the news our offer had been accepted on Easter Sunday.
