To anyone who is looking to buy the property, be ready for roller coaster of emotions. There are ways of entering market but get ready to face unexpected situations. From loosing at auction multiple times, trough inspections with eighty other people, pushed prices, burned down neighbor property week before purchase and so on so forth. My partner and I had wish to buy our dream place for a while now. It may be the one that from 20+ inspections you inspected in 60 seconds.
