76 real estate agents in Petersham, NSW, 2049

Well what can we say about about Albo and Chalmers? Talk about slamming the handbrake on the economy, is as polite as I can get. We were selling our property that was in our family for 62 years in May 2026, and the Federal government pulls that stunt budget, totally irresponsible because it took the wind out of the economy, shocked most buyers and sellers into a standstill, and this could have easily been done in calculated increments, achieving the desired result without cutting the fuel to the economic engines. Lucky for us, leading up to the sale, we had researched the local real estate market, and the prolific agents in the area. Federico Franco-Matos was a top salesman, and Rhonda Yim sold some quality homes. We invited them to pitch and we picked them over other agents because of the volume they do in Petersham and their commission structure; we were heading into the unknown post the Albo/Chalmers amateur hour budget; would the sales price tank? You don't know where the market is at. The BresicWhitney team ran a great campaign, they styled the house immaculately, photographed it really nice, and ran a coordinated multi-faceted marketing campaign. The open houses attracted many groups but most of them were budget shocked, and there was hesitation to commit; but Fred found a buyer and negotiated a fair price. Had we gone to market 6 months earlier could we have made another $500K? probably, should we wait for another 6 months and loose $500K? probably, you don't know. But what we do know is that Federico motivated the buyer, we agreed on a price, the sale happened pre-auction, all wrapped up, all signed up, deposit paid, in the space of a few weeks. The whole BresicWhitney Inner West Team including Rhonda, Cooper, Jeanette, and Claudia ran a slick campaign. Federico is a great agent; he presents well, he knows the market well, he gets the buyers and sellers where they need to be to make the sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Federico Fraga-Matos.

Frederico made us feel confident from the start. His calm, friendly, professional manner put us at ease. His frequent communications were excellent and his knowledge of the local market assured us that we were in good hands. We would highly recommend Frederico and his team.

Fred and his team worked with us to prepare our property for sale and accommodated our desired timeframe. Fred met with us weekly and in person to provide us with formal updates and we were also kept upto date via group chat. Communication was always very good. Fred has exceptional knowledge of the local area and was able to attract a range of possible buyers through his connections. Thanks Fred, Nim and team!

I had a really pleasant experience purchasing my property through LJ Hooker Dulwich Hill, and I’m very happy to have had Yianni Karakikes and Paris Karakikes helping me throughout the process. Yianni was always friendly, approachable and helpful, while at the same time very professional and knowledgeable. He was easy to communicate with, responsive to my questions, and made the whole purchasing process feel much smoother and less stressful. I genuinely appreciated his patience, support and positive attitude from start to finish. It was a pleasure dealing with Yianni and the LJ Hooker Dulwich Hill team, and I would happily recommend Yianni to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and trustworthy real estate agent. Thank you, Yianni and Paris, for making my property purchase such a pleasant experience!

Working with Yianni made the purchase process much easier. He was very responsive and always available to answer questions or sort out administrative matters, and his flexibility with the paperwork and logistics took a lot of stress out of the process. He stood out for being genuinely helpful and easy to communicate with throughout, and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a responsive and easy-to-work-with agent.

Yianni is a brilliant agent; always proactive and clear in his communication and keen to do all that he can to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible. He was understanding of our needs during a busy Christmas season and helped to negotiate with his vendor for an early move-in date. No question was too small or complex. We felt exceptionally supported the entire time!

Thanks Namir for working tirelessly to ensure a solid result, in a very challenging building, during such an uneasy time in the housing market. You were non stop in making sure the reach for buyers went far & wide to secure a very welcomed result pre auction. I appreciate you were open & realistic with me & buyers from the outset leaving me with a great result. Both you and Terri made the process as smooth as possible from start all the way through to settlement. Thank you

Namir was brilliantly supportive and honest during the process of buying our first home. He was upfront about owner expectations. And as a result, we had as much confidence and control as possible during one of the most stressful moments of our lives to date.

I had known Namir for many years before I trusted him with the sale of the house my daughter and I owned together. After almost 30 years in the home, preparing it for sale felt like a big task. Namir was there throughout the process, making sure I stayed focused and did not go overboard with the preparation. Once the campaign started, Namir and Terri kept me updated every step of the way. After every open home, Namir called with feedback and market information. Sometimes it was not what I wanted to hear, but I appreciated his honesty. Everything was backed by real data, which helped me understand where the market really sat. A couple of weeks into the campaign, world events created uncertainty and I began to worry about how that might affect the sale. Like any vendor, I had expectations and wanted the best possible result. Namir never sugar-coated things. He kept bringing me back to the buyer feedback, the market evidence and the process. The day before the auction, Namir called to say there was a very interested buyer and that we needed to have a serious conversation about the numbers. By then, my stress levels were high. I was preparing to sell a home that had been part of our lives for nearly three decades. While I was stressing, Namir was negotiating. On the Friday before the auction, he called to tell me the house was sold. I was in shock, but Namir reassured me that everything was in place and that he had achieved a result I was comfortable with. It reflected the market at the time and was not below the point where I would have felt disappointed accepting the offer. I want to thank Namir and Terri for making a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. Namir was professional, honest, calm and supportive. He knew when I was getting stressed and helped guide me through the emotional ups and downs of selling a long-held home. Thank you, Namir and Terri

Shad and the Agency team were excellent to deal with throughout the whole process and made everything as seamless and stress free as possible

Shad was the agent for our property when we bought it almost 10years ago. At the time we really appreciated his direct, candid and respectful approach, so when it came to selling we didn’t hesitate to call on him. During the campaign he continuously kept us fully informed, was attuned to potential buyers, and set the right expectations. His professionalism, intuition and insight into the local market meant that we achieved a fantastic result.

Shad is fantastic and I highly recommend him. He is easy to talk to and calmly walked me through every step along the way. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep or pressure me and his positivity throughout the process just made everything feel like it would be ok. Shad is a very safe pair of hands and it is obvious that he loves his job and achieving the best results that he can for his clients. Choosing Shad to sell my house is literally one of the best decisions I've ever made
