While I was negotiating my purchase, Adrian was in hospital for a few days, but he made it clear he would not mind me ringing him there. He just kept working even from his hospital bed, and was always in touch with his colleagues to make sure things were going smoothy. After I bought one of the two places he showed me, his follow-up was good. He helped me with suggestions for a company to hang pictures professionally on my walls. Thanks Adrian!
