Director and Licensee of Jones Ballard Property Group, Adrian Ballard has enjoyed a successful career in real estate, spanning 25 years. It all started back in 1995 with commercial property developers, LMS Property Group – where he worked until 1999 as a project manager overseeing the construction of 27 general industrial warehouses, before going on to selling the “Bentley” development and managing the leasing and fit-outs of commercial kitchens within the complex.
Another of Adrian’s major inner-city projects included working in residential sales and the leasing of “The Courthouse” apartments, along with the project management and fit-out of the apartments themselves, plus its café premises. Work with the development and land sales for the “Willow Lake Estate” was then followed by the project development and management of the “Teal Brook Estate”, along with several sales of the 113 Seville Grove-lot subdivision – unrivalled experience like this being proof that he is well-equipped to provide you with the very best advice and service for all of your real estate needs. During his time with Paul Rogers and Associates, Adrian was also in charge of the sales and leasing of the “Ultimo” apartment complex in West Perth. In 1999, he joined the family business – Quin Ballard Real Estate – specialising in residential sales within the area and quickly progressing to being one of the top-selling local representatives.
