After settlement, John also provided a lead for prospective tenants and Semple Property Group was generous in providing a gift when I collected the keys which was such a great touch of kindness when they are working for the seller and not the buyer. John was open and transparent throughout the process

John was able to use his many years of experience, knowing the area, the potential of the location and was able to walk me and my brother through the whole process. We were both novices to the whole process and John was able to lead us through the minefield, explaining with transparent clarity the complexities of the selling process.
