Finding the right house in the current market with inflated prices was a difficult and frustrating process, however Adrian was able to find me a home that was everything I was looking for and within my price range. He kept me updated throughout the process, was great in quickly fixing any minor repairs prior to hand over, and working with the existing tenants to ensure they were moved out within the settlement period. Adrian and the team are very easy going and genuine, great to work with!

I didn't get to meet Adrian at any stage of the sale of the property, but i did deal with Brittany, who was super friendly and helpful through out the sale. Always available and very accommodating. There was a miss at the end of the sale. I recieved multiple automated emails, addressing and congratulating Trish (when my name is Gregg, no idea who Trish is). As nice as it was to receive a thank you gift. It was not personally handed to me and the keys to the property, were in a dirty used plastic Glad bag. I feel the personal touch, was a miss. This brought my overall experience, with the Culpins, down from a 9/10 to a 6/10.
