Adrian and his team were invested in the selling of our property. He suggested an Auction (when we were sceptical) and didn't try and push for stageing of the property. It was a short three week campaign and auctioned on the third open house day. Lots of interest following the marketing tools undertaken and sold under the hammer for well over what we expected. He provided follow up information after each open house and support and encouragement along the way. CAN'T THANK HIM ENOUGH !!! Would recommend he and his team to all potential sellers and buyers.
