Adrian sold our home. The purchasers weren't familiar with the area and Adrian suggested they drive around & check out the park etc. With the purchasers both working in the city, Adrian mentioned the rwo freeways being so close as well as major shopping centres. His bubbly and enthusiastic character make him a perfect salesman. Adrian has attention to deal and obviously thoroughly enjoys his job.
Our sale was a protracted drawn out affair and Adrian provided great support and market knowledge throughout the many months to us. With out his understanding and support I am sure we would have withdrawn from the sale. As the principal agent as well, he always made us feel we were more important than the any problems he had from the practice or other clients. He always returned phone calls and although kept us up to date, tried not to make unreasonable or unsustainable promises.
