My wife and family had conflicting reports being given to them; with quite a few viewings and then possibly none to attend the auction. then in the end having the client in your office while ringing me and chasing an agreed price and me in hospital it placed me in an unenviable situation. Where there appeared to be no thinking time available . No doubt the buyer may have felt the same and they had in fact signed a contract with 25000 less than the ultimate decision. also the fact we were quoted we would get 570000 plus ex was it ursala or yvonne at the start of negotiations and then after spending 35000 which you appeared to think was a good job and you started using the person who decorated our house we still got less was a disappointment at the time
