I met Adrian at a home open just a few doors up from our house in Doubleview. He came across as a very knowledgeable and capable agent, and my wife and I engaged his services very soon after to sell a property for us. We were very impressed with his work ethic and particularly his enthusiasm. He would schedule one-off inspections for prospective buyers at any time, not just relying on the usual weekend openings. Unfortunately, an initial sale fell though due to lack of finance which left us quite dejected. Undeterred, Adrian swung straight back into action, organizing fresh advertising and contacting prospective buyers, which confirmed to us his commitment and tenacity (the property sold successfully soon after). We will definitely be engaging Adrian's services again in the future.

Adrian is a professional & motivated worker who managed to sell my property after a single weekend of viewing. He also managed to get the buyer to increase their offer to the price we had set prior to the home open. I would definitely recommend Adrian & would happily use him again.
