Compassionately Robust Relationships that gets results!
We chose Adrian because I needed someone who was able to engage in robust discussions from the onset. I wanted to know that during those selling stages, where as the seller I feel confused, frustrated, annoyed and anxious, I could ask the hard questions without having to take care of someone else's emotions and Adrian (A) did this really well.
I tested a few other agents when interviewing people to sell my in-laws family home of 58 years. By test I mean I asked some questions in a blunt and very direct manner that some may receive as being rude or arrogant and sadly not a single other was able to hold the safe space needed when selling one's home to proceed with them or at least not in the same way Adrian did, his emotional intelligence shines through.
During the process Adrian and his team were there for my elderly in-laws in a truly compassionate way and always clearly communicating to the 4 of us the stages, process and hiccups. I note they did each personality well.
Was there room for improvement, yes there was, and Adrian in his usual charming manner was able to actively-listen to the sensory based feedback I offered and respond or rectify the issue promptly. I believe that the most important thing in such a high cost transaction is having a robust relationship, one where you can say what you want, how you want and know that even at your worst the other person still has the capacity to remain calm and compassionate, yet is robust enough to give you space to vent, hold no grudge and still engage in the discussion in a useful way that brings clarity and coherence to both parties. A unique skill in such an intense industry.
I would highly recommend Adrian and his team, especially if like me you have high expectations and want to see favourable results, whilst experiencing genuine relationships with those people selling your family home.
