Adrian knows the area exceptionally well and helped us throughout our journey finding a new home. If we ever come to sell (hopefully not!) then I know who I will be contacting. Went with Adrian after reading multiple reviews and seeing the results his listing were receiving. I was incredibly disappointed when he palmed us of to his rookie employee who was incredibly inexperienced. When I went to meet with him asking what his role had been he felt the need to mansplain realestate to me and half apologised saying he’d been on holiday and would be at the next open house… he was not. The decision to go with Adrian cost my family over $40,000 and yes I’m adjusting for the current market. Incredibly disappointed with him and One Agency.

Don't waste your time with other agents Adrian Sacco is very honest tells you how it is and his strategy and methods work very well. Keeps in contact and calls back when he says he will. He knows his audience. Hand over your property and let him do what he does best. Property sold first week. I will most definitely use him again. Only wish I moved to him sooner.
