Adrian and his team were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and he remained confident of the price point and ability to sell. Our house was one of the more expensive listings for our area and Adrian was able to negotiate a higher price, when we were ready to just accept the offer presented. This all happened 2 days before Christmas, so it was a great end to the year, and start to the new year.
