This was the first time we had ever sold a house. It was under difficult and stressful circumstances. From the very first meeting in which we asked for an appraisal only Adrian and team was very relaxed and understanding. There was no hard sell, just a honest appraisal of our house. After meeting with 3 other local agents there was no doubt in our mind that One Agency was the team to go with. Our second meeting lasted over one hour with Adrian and Carly. Adrian spent an enormous amount of time stepping us through the process. I was amazed at the quality of the presentation, and his local knowledge of sold properties.
