Adrian was very straight forward to deal with and his communications were very prompt. We got quotes from 4 other property agents and only Adrian that made the effort to visit us in the other side of the town. I was very impressed with that. He knows his area well and I can reply on him to make the appropriate recommendation to tidy the place up for inspections.
Before deciding to sell our house we did our homework. We visited houses for sale and judged the agents on how well they were selling the vendors home. When we first walked into Barry Plant just for a talk and to find out our options to sell our house we were greeted with nothing but professionalism. Once our property was valued it was all steam ahead. The interior decorator went through every room with me and we did everything she asked of us within a week which was reflected in the amazing photographs done for the Internet - did not think it was the same house. We had to leave the property a couple of times for inspections but once it was officially advertised it was sold in 3 days and all credit to our agent sold for more than what was advertised. A big thanks to all the staff especially Adrian and Daniel for making the sale so smooth. We are off to Perth now just wish there could have been a Barry Plant over there thanks again. As a Sunbury Resident for over 25 years and having built our family home ourselves selling was very confronting.
