At First very -friendly -kind -good communication After I signed the contract Adrian failed to give the tenant enough notice to vacate , I bought the apartment in April and wasn’t able to settle until August. Throughout this time time my hopes were brought up with empty promises quite a few times (we had to move settlement date 3x) and a lot of shifting of blame to another co worker and the tenant who (rightfully) had 90 days to vacate. This inconvenienced me by not being able to live anywhere except on my friends couches which is difficult mentally , and 235$ each month extra of the storage facility to hold all my belongings. another thing was I asked for the notice to vacate form so I could have a firm date of expected settlement and the real estate agents sent me forms with the tenants details on it ? DOB, address, email, full name - everything is this not a huge breach of confidentiality? This made me worried about my own details being shared no hard feelings towards Adrian or JWC as it ended well - however made my first experience buying a property a terrible one , hope he learns from this and no one else has to go through a 120 day + settlement
