Had a coffee with Adrian on Tuesday afternoon. We agreed to list the property using Adrian's strategy. On Wednesday Raywhite sent an email to all buyers registered on their database. On Thursday the advertisement went live/ property was listed for sale. Adrian managed to generate enough competition and had two offers in writing by Friday night. The following Saturday Adrian drove 45 mins to where we were having a 'lunch in the park', and we signed/ exchanged contracts. After the sale, Adrian recommended a conveyancing lawyer, who we used to arrange the paperwork and facilitate the sale. Adrian kept us well informed of the building and pest inspections, and final pre-settlement inspection. Overall the sale process was quick and smooth and I would have no hesitation to recommend Adrian for anyone looking to sell in our Area.
