The sale of the property must have broken some sales records with the property being listed on the Monday and sold an the Tuesday. From there to the day it settled I found Adrian very professional to deal with with clear communication with the logistics of the transaction. Buying through Summit required a lot of patience. I heard from them immediately and constantly until my letter of offer got accepted, then i barely got any responses to any enquiries. I had to chase them up on everything and often got ignored until they couldn't ignore me any longer. And as soon as settlement occurred i heard nothing from them. No congratulations or usual gifts, absolutely nothing. Whilst all interactions i did have were polite and comfortable, throughout the process i felt neglected, left in the dark and isolated.
