Buying through Summit required a lot of patience. I heard from them immediately and constantly until my letter of offer got accepted, then i barely got any responses to any enquiries. I had to chase them up on everything and often got ignored until they couldn't ignore me any longer. And as soon as settlement occurred i heard nothing from them. No congratulations or usual gifts, absolutely nothing. Whilst all interactions i did have were polite and comfortable, throughout the process i felt neglected, left in the dark and isolated.
