What a fantastic team! We arrived for a home open after being advised via text that the house was back on the market only a few days beforehand. Logan was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Adrian only added extra knowledge of the owner, previous tenants and purchasing process. We signed and paid our deposit after just fifteen minutes in their company as we felt so confident to proceed. Our settlement came through sooner than expected and Adrian and Bridget helped liaise with the owner to give us time to give notice at our rental. At settlement day, the owner had some issues which could have delayed us moving in but once again Adrian’s team helped us secure the keys and move in. I can’t recommend them enough, even down to the advice on a builder and the celebratory box of goodies we got when we picked up our keys. Truly fantastic from start to finish.
