As we dealt mainly with Alison Miller for the purchase, Adrian was the man behind the scenes chasing up missing flywire screens from our Unit, but most importantly the plumbing problems discovered after our tenants moved in. It was very frustrating trying to contact the builder, but Adrian being the professional that he is, kept us informed as much as he could as the builder was not being co-operative in any way. Eventually after about 5 months we finally had the problems fixed and we can definitely thank Adrian for his persistence in the matter. It was not entirely his responsibility to get these problems fixed but as the builder refused to answer us we had no choice but to go back to the people who sold us the unit. Thank you Adrian for all your support and help in dealing with these matters, job well done!!
