Very helpful in a very fast sale

Purchasing our house in Bunbury with the help of Ben and James was an enjoyable experience. The communication between them and ourselves was very good. We lived three hours away so were unable to be available in person. Would be very happy to recommend this team of Estate Agents to anybody.

When we first saw our house online we both thought that it might be the one we were looking for, so I proceeded to book a viewing. When I arrived there was Adrian, who I had personally known for quite a few years, he was very welcoming and had a great understanding of the market at that time. The process to buy our home was very quick and easy. We found the home online, first communication with Adrian was very helpful in organising to see the home in the busiest time of the year.... Christmas. However, Adrian's willingness to work at such a time and then to communicate with the home owners was immediate. The actual purchasing of the home was again a very smooth process with the negotiations between us all and willingness to accommodate certain time frames and overseas travel that impacted the process.
