Adrian was super helpful from setting expectations on what I could get for my property to also getting me in touch with local conveyancors to arrange my contract of sale as I didn’t know of anyone. He had a great knowledge of my area which was helpful and also helped me find houses to look at to buy after my sale (even ones he was not selling personally, so this was no benefit to him).

From the starting meeting it was clear Adrian balanced expert market knowledge and the application of that to our property sale strategy with a refreshingly unsalesmanlike, calm and considerate demeanour. Through to the marketing go live his team (in particular the excellent Claudia Massa), kept us informed and acted proactively in arranging tradies and coordinating each stage, which was especially valuable with us being in London throughout.
