Adrian has assisted me with my property in Newtown over the past four years. I initially met him when I relet my apartment to McGrath, after being with another agent for many years. He was extremely honest in advising me of the repairs required to relet the apartment and organised everything for me as I was based in NYC. Four years later he was proactive in advising me of a potential buyer, without going to market. The past few weeks may not have been without it's hurdles however again, Adrian was VERY involved in the sale, providing expert advice and guidance, including organising tradespeople over the long weekend.
