Early in 2016 we made the decision to sell our property in Bilgola Plateau. We had just purchased a new family home in neighbouring Newport and needed to get our property on the market and sold as quickly as possible to minimise the length of our bridging loan. And we needed to achieve a great price to reduce the size of our mortgage on the new property. We knew a great agent was going to be critical so the first thing we did was ask friends in our suburb for recommendations. The answer was always the same - Adrian Venturi. Everyone who had dealt with him had positive things to say about how he interacted with them, how he ran the sales process and the results he achieved. Next we looked at previous sales on our street and in the suburb. Again the answer was clear. The record sale on our street was handled by Adrian 8 months earlier and the vast majority of $1 million plus sales in Bilgola were done by him as well. When we met him we understood why. He was friendly and engaging, presented exceptionally well, clearly understood his market and was happy to share valuable insight and advice. We decided to commit and it was a fantastic decision. Throughout the sales process his work ethic and attention to detail were exemplary. He was always available to talk through the days events or share his thoughts or advice. He always kept us informed and his intuitive understanding of the real estate buyers psychology was invaluable. Most important to us however was our trust in him having our best interests at heart. Adrian knew that we wanted a quick sale, knew what price we would accept and could have settled for that and taken his commission. Instead he advised us through the negotiation process and we ultimately achieved a sales price almost $100,000 over our best case scenario. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and would have no hesitation recommending Adrian to anyone.
Adrian was upfront and honest from the start and enabled me to sell and buy a property in record time. His negotiating skills were excellent and he anticipated every possibility in a very complex situation and was able to satisfy both parties.
