The sale of our unit this year was a completely new experience for which it had many areas of concerns for us. Adrian quietly took us through the process and gave us the time to make the best decision that suited our needs. This is the 2nd time we have used Adrian and again we were not disappointed. His knowledge of properties not only surrounding Avalon, Newport and Bilgola but along the Northern Beaches was unbelievable. – the thought of selling our family home was daunting to say the least. Once we made the decision to actually start the process – our first question was who do we choose as our selling agent? As we had been receiving property market updates and the odd "how's it going?" phone call from Adrian Venturi for almost the entire time we have resided in this home, he was the first person we thought of. An appointment was made for the following Saturday morning at 9.00am. We were expecting a 30 minute sales pitch involving a proposal and a speech about how good the agency is and what they can do. Adrian instead gave a complete overview of the process including the pitfalls, the pro’s verses the con’s of different sales methods, and a very good run through about the current market in the local area - recent sales etc, and ideas about sales strategies. We then walked around our home and Adrian gave straightforward recommendations about getting the property 'sale ready' i.e. painting, styling and general cleaning/maintenance. He also discussed the costs, fees and monetary outgoings – all open and very clear. The decision to go ahead was easy and the process began. We received lots of contact, good feedback, and plenty of encouragement with each step in the process. The first open inspection confirmed our decision to use Adrian was the correct decision. He was so very professional - on time and everything planned perfectly, with the marketing material reflecting his attention to detail during the photography sessions. After our first open inspection, Adrian clearly and confidently walked us through the offers that were received and guided us to making our decisions resulting in offer acceptance and contract exchanges. Adrian works tirelessly for vendors and buyers to gain the best result for everyone. We had a great experience and will be recommending him very highly to anyone who will listen!

From the first time we met him, Adrian was helpful, introducing us to the special character of the local area and attentive to what type of house we were looking for.
