There are few property managers to rival the passion, enthusiasm and knowledge Adriana Verdino has for this dynamic industry. It all began after she spent some time following in the footsteps of a friend who was working in property management; it captivated her interest, and Adriana quickly realised this was where her career was destined to take her.
Starting as Saturday receptionist for an inner west agency back in 2007, Adriana soon immersed herself in a variety of different real estate roles, while also securing her real estate licence. It’s all led to today, where Adriana is the proud principal and director of the innovative Real Simple Property Group.
The very definition of a modern agency, Real Simple Property Group is completely remote and portable, which ensures Adriana can assist landlords all over Sydney and service their properties. She’s also determined to keep the essence of being a boutique business – for Adriana, it’s all about quality over quantity. Building firm relationships which feel more like friendships is far more important than anything else.
It’s also why she’s been tasked with managing some of the most elite and exclusive properties in the Eastern Suburbs – her clients value her direct, driven attitude, honesty and desire to offer unrivalled property management services.
When she’s not busy taking care of her two beautiful dogs, Adriana is engaged in marketing new properties, answering enquiries, completing inspections and reporting as well as signing leases with tenants. She’s enjoying being in demand across Sydney but looks forward to working with clients who seek exceptional service and results and who want to feel reassured their valuable asset is in safe hands.
