Kathleen was a sensation. She had all the contacts I needed for repairs, renovations, staged furnishing and everyone in between. Kathleen was always engaging, professional, personable and above all considerate of the needs of myself and the buyers. I cant thank her enough for being available at all hours, providing detailed and considered advice and going the extra mile to help buyers attend private and public inspections. With her help we had interested buyers before our first public open inspection. This is the third and equally smooth process of home sale that I have had with Kathleen. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is the dream agent that we all hope to meet, employ and negotiate with.

Kathleen has been extremely helpful, she has made the audio a whole lot less stressful than I thought was possible and has been very quick with her responses to any inquiry I had.
