My brother and I had to sell our mother's house as she had moved into care. We interviewed 3 agents, Adrianne and her partner Brett being one of them. Upon looking at the unit they immediately pointed out the good points and highlighted some things that needed doing. Their estimated sale price was mid range compared to the other two agents. There was a delay before engaging them while we sorted out minor repairs and personal matters. We negotiated a commission and once they started we had good communications, and they organised minor things for us given that we were not in Brisbane. They also met up with our mother in the Aged Care facility. They achieved an excellent result at the upper end of the range which we were very happy with.
