My brother and I had to sell our mother's house as she had moved into care. We interviewed 3 agents, Adrianne and her partner Brett being one of them. Upon looking at the unit they immediately pointed out the good points and highlighted some things that needed doing. Their estimated sale price was mid range compared to the other two agents. There was a delay before engaging them while we sorted out minor repairs and personal matters. We negotiated a commission and once they started we had good communications, and they organised minor things for us given that we were not in Brisbane. We inittially spoke to 3 agencies including Belle and decided to engage Belle because we believed Adrianne and Brett believed in our property and what we expected to sell it for.
