We inittially spoke to 3 agencies including Belle and decided to engage Belle because we believed Adrianne and Brett believed in our property and what we expected to sell it for. Their communication was excellent along with their advice on our preparation for photography and open home inspections and although we didn't get much response to our open homes they didn't waiver and instead looked for ways to excite potential buyers.
