I found Adrienne to be extremely helpful when buying a unit in a retirement village for my mother. Adrienne's knowledge of the complex was great as she has extensive experience in that area. Answers to all of my questions were provided in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using Adrienne as your estate agent. Thank you Adrienne.

Adrienne is an excellent agent who works hard to make sure all parties are happy. I feel very fortunate to have found my new home through her and recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

I'm so happy to recommend Adrienne. She is very professional and I felt very comfortable with her selling my home.

Adrienne has made this process of selling a property completely painless Her suggestions and ideas made the preparation of the property much easier, and kept me in the loop with good communication throughout the selling period. Adrienne always took my phone calls and has been friendly and professional throughput . I highly recommend her as an agent.

THE PASSING OF ONE'S MOTHER IS A SAD AND DIFFICULT TIME. REMEMBERING THE EASE OF PURCHASING MUM'S RETIREMENT HOME, WE DECIDED TO CONTACT OUR AGENT FROM THAT TRNSACTION, ADRIENNE ROBINSON, AS SHE HAD IMPRESSED US THEN. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. ADRIENNE WASTED NO TIME GETTING US THE PRICE WE WANTED IN MINIMUM TIME AND WITH SENSITIVITY TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES. I WOULD RECOMMEND ADRIENNE UNRESERVEDLY.

Adrienne had an excellent knowledge of the retirement village market, a reason we chose her as our agent. She readily communicated viewings to us from prospective buyers and went out of her way to assist them in negotiations. Adrienne consistently gave us feedback and advice. Thank you, Adrienne.

This was the second home Adrienne has sold for us in 4 years. She has always been honest in her communications and is very flexible when it comes to showing the home at times that suited us. we would be happy to use her again and have no problem recommending her.

My parents and I can't thank Adrienne enough for the amazing work she'd done with the parents' house sale. From word "go" Adrienne was extremely accommodating and worked with our situation (moving interstate) and budget. She knows the market inside-out and was able to market the property accordingly. Extremely professional but also personable, Adrienne not only delivered the right sale price and timeframe (less than a month!) by skillfully negotiating with potential buyers - she also provided us with additional support by referring us to a great Property Solicitor and convenient cleaning services. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend Adrienne to any potential vendor.

Adrienne is highly professional, helpful and dedicated and is a nice human being to boot! Quite frankly I would recommend her unhesitatingly to anyone (selling or buying).

Adrienne came to us highly recommended by a very experienced real estate source with a caveat of 'if you want to get the top price for your property, this is the Agent you should have'. Adrienne's experience shone through and her skills resulted in us getting an excellent price for our property. She was always very considerate, very well informed and very easy and pleasant to deal with.

Adrienne I found to be best agent in hills area and best agent I have ever dealt with, very good at communicating with what is happening on daily basis, I would deal with Adrienne in the future.

Adrienne sold my mother's retirement village unit.Despite the market being relatively slow Adrienne was able to achieve an excellent sale price. This was due to having experience in the area and continual follow up. I would recommend using Adrienne .
