My husband went straight to the yard and pool and Adrienne and I went through the kitchen to the rumpus room and around to the powder room. By the time we got to the powder room I think that Adrienne knew that this house was my "the one" and it was at that moment we began to discuss a possible offer. Looking at the rest of the house just confirmed my feelings and we put in a successful offer the very next day. Her assistance with the sale didn't stop there. Adrienne has a useful background as a solicitor, so she was able to make sure that along with our solicitor of choice, everything went very smoothly. She had an interest in the whole process.On the day of moving and again the next day, she popped in to see how everything was going and she was able to help us to sort out a couple of minor issues that had cropped up by negotiating with the vendors. If I see Adrienne at the shops even to this day, she remembers me and is happy to have a chat.
