I recently went overseas on holiday, and put my property on the market while I was away. I left instructions with the agent (Bonnie Hollander) that I would be very happy if it sold before I returned. However, because of the economic climate and the nature of the property, I thought this may be unlikely. However, within a week of my departure, Bonnie informed me that the property had indeed sold!
