Bonnie was a stand-out agent for us with our sale. She is an excellent and regular communicator. She was very attentive and responsive at all hours. We had an unexpected glitch when there were structural problems on the home we didn't know about. They only came to light when the eventual buyer did the formal pests & building inspection. This could have easily been a deal killer, but Bonnie's straight relationship with the prospective buyer meant they didn't treat it as a dodgy play by us- as they could have quite reasonably. We sold at only a slight discount. And Agents2Go commission was very competitive. I'd thoroughly recommend her.
