In a time where customer service is being replaced with self service it has been refreshing & a pleasure to deal with a company that is 'bucking' the trend whilst also making strides with a 'different' & from what we have seen, very successful approach in real estate. I have interests in several properties and have had dealings with a number of agents over the years. It can be hard to choose a real estate agent in today's market. You need to weigh up the cost while trying to make sure you still get results. You need value for money, but don't want to pay for someone who doesn't get the results. You can see the local market is dominated by a small few. After deciding to go with Bonnie and Andii, it was scary to put our faith in them. Would this small real estate business compete? But now we couldn't be happier with the results. The commission was the initial drawcard only 2percent, but you get so much more. I cannot speak highly enough of these agents, nothing is a bother they keep you informed and are always great follow up. The photography and text for the advert was well thought out, not rushed and showed photographs that made sense, not some slap dash meaningless photo. We have just listed our own home with Bonnie, Andii and their team and to be absolutely honest the calibre of the photos and text is such a plus we are more than happy.
