Selling my property was a first time experience and being that I was unfamiliar with the process and felt abit in the dark. Brent lllingworth made it such a delightful and easy process, keeping me always upto date with all the steps needed to be taken, provided me with the correct knowledge in the selling process to give me a better and positive understanding. From the beginning of my property being listed on the market right through till the day of settlement was a busy time for me and my little family with lots of changes and busy schedules. Brent is very good at his what he does talking to buyers and engaging them to understand what they are after. Prompt with his response to messages and very knowledgeable in the real estate market. One thing to improve is notifying the seller at end of viewings to advise that it had finish or with feedback, sometimes didn't happen until hours afterwards or until we called.
