Brent is very good at his what he does talking to buyers and engaging them to understand what they are after. Prompt with his response to messages and very knowledgeable in the real estate market. One thing to improve is notifying the seller at end of viewings to advise that it had finish or with feedback, sometimes didn't happen until hours afterwards or until we called.
