We approached Brian to sell a property that we had owned for a very long time. Although it was old, it had a lot of character and the location was great, with tremendous potential for redevelopment. The current COVID 19 lockdown was instigated just before the first open house had been scheduled, but despite this setback Brian, Josh and Simon worked hard to navigate through this mine field and still showed approximately 70 interested buyers through the property whilst strictly adhering to the COVID guidelines. Their communication was excellent throughout the sale process, constantly keeping us up to date on how the viewings had gone and with feedback they had received from potential buyers. The property was initially listed to be auctioned onsite, but ultimately went to an online auction. Although we were initially nervous about the online auction, the team reassured us by talking us through the pros and cons and the online auction proceeded.
