On the whole we have experienced a good service from the team at The Agency. They have been very responsive to our requests and made themselves available whenever called upon. We were delighted to finally secure the property but did have a couple of issues during the negotiation process where we felt that the bidding process wasn't a fully transparent one and we received some mixed messages from the agent. This is the only reason that stops this being a 5 star review. They are clearly a polished, knowledgeable team and continue to help many happy sellers and buyers secure dream results.
We had a really good experience with Brian. He was very helpful and professional at all times and went above and beyond when we wanted him to go and check on the property after the amount of rain we had. He always had the time to discuss things with us as we went along with the sale.
