I was impressed with Cara's knowledge of the market and her suggestions for the best way to sell my unit. I did follow all of Cara's suggestions and she arranged for pre-sale renovations of my unit prior to sale. These were done very quickly (within a week.) The sale did take a while, although there were some offers that fell through. I was able to contact Cara quite easily and she kept me informed of the process as it proceeded. I was happy with the final result and was particularly impressed with the contact from other members of "Cara's team", including her boss. Overall, a very good experience.

With multiple offers on the first open home we then held a second on the weekend where even more offers were made and ultimately a contract was signed. From launching Tuesday to a contract signed by COB the first Saturday. The team then continued to help out in any and all areas of the settlement stepping in where they needed to if things were dragging. Overall Cara B and Cara S were perfect.
