Cara worked tirelessly for us after taking over from another agent. Within a few days we were receiving regular updates from Cara and her team of professionals. Its rare to find someone working for you from day 1 till settlement. I would recommend Cara to anyone looking for old fashion customer service and exceptional communication. Laurie
Cara was a true professional but also very honest and caring. It was clear from the first appraisal she had a great knowledge of the current market and plenty of experience and that's why we picked her. She maintained great communication throughout the process and most importantly put every effort in to get us the best possible price for our house.
Cara has been great to deal with. She’s friendly and honest and took time out of a busy open house to talk with us and answer and questions. She’s been prompt at replying on the phone and helpful in helping us find tenants for the property. Thanks Cara!
It took 6 wks from meeting Cara until our sale was settled. She gave invaluable and concise guidance on how best to prepare our house for sale. In those 6 wks weeks, we renovated, found a new place to live and obtained a record for our street sale price. 10 out of 10
Cara provided clear, trustworthy and strategic advice on how best to prepare and sell the property. Selling your home can be quite stressful and uncertain but with Cara I always thought that I was in very good hands. I knew she would deliver the result that was expected without any surprises and she did. She's an excellent agent.
I found Cara very helpful and knowledgeable. Cara is very professional and personable more then happy to help with any questions during the buying period.
Cara is extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and evident she loves Real Estate . Every Real Estate Agent should be like Cara.
We knew Cara from the "potential buyer side". Come selling she was on top of the shortlist to sell our house and she didn't dissappoint. We expected a really high standard and she and her team delivered. Always on the ball, engaged and approachable. Of course the current market helps, but we sold within 2 weeks after engaging her team... and for a good price! Would recommend any time.
We never met Cara in the purchase of our house however her team were friendly & pleasant to deal with and prompt in communication
Cara had well researched and excellent knowledge of current property prices. She worked very hard to achieve top price for my property sale. She communicated well at every step of ths sales process from listing, staging,to closing the sale.
This was a first for me , buying an apartment at a mature age , dealing with technology and just a stressful and daunting time that was made so easy and friendly with Cara Bergmann, I have not even met her but she is so efficient, personable and amicable on the phone that it has made the process so fun , warm and relaxing .
