I have used Cara on many occasions now, but on this occasion, time was of the essence! With Mum going into nursing care, Cara organised almost everything for us and in such a timely manner. We were on the market and sold within days and well above expectations. Cara is such a professional with outstanding market knowledge and experience. Thanks Cara!
Cara is very easy to communicate with and made me feel I was very important. She is a professional and her knowledge of what I required is exceptional. She seemed to know what I wanted in the house I eventually settled on. I would certainly get in touch with Cara again if I decided to need a real estate person again.
This is the second property Cara and her diligent and professional team have sold for us. As with the first, she works extremely hard and gets things done. We have another property listed with her, and have no doubt she will deliver once again. Thoroughly recommend her as your agent.

I have done some research in the Taigum area and found Cara to be one of the top selling agents in the area. I contacted her and went to the townhouse were we discussed different ideas on how to sell my family’s property and her recent properties she has sold around the area. I can say she is very professional in what she does and she is a workaholic to get our property up to scratch and ready for the marketing phase. And she did her job to well selling the property a week before it hit the market! I would highly recommend her and her team! Thank you so much, Cara!
Dear Cara I would like to tell you how delighted I and my sisters are with the manner you have handled the sale of our mothers property 66/18 Spano street, Zillmere 4034. As you are aware the sale has had its challenges due to our mothers health issues, so thank you so much for the professional way you have conducted matters.
