I was impressed with Cara's knowledge of the market and her suggestions for the best way to sell my unit. I did follow all of Cara's suggestions and she arranged for pre-sale renovations of my unit prior to sale. These were done very quickly (within a week.) The sale did take a while, although there were some offers that fell through. I was able to contact Cara quite easily and she kept me informed of the process as it proceeded. I was happy with the final result and was particularly impressed with the contact from other members of "Cara's team", including her boss. Overall, a very good experience.

With a strong buyers base and great knowledge of the market and area, organising a sales strategy and selling my home was a breeze. Cara Schwartz was my first point of contact while Cara Bergmann was away (but still contactable 24/7) and the standard and knowledge certainly wasn't any less. This shows Cara B has her team to a high standard and they are efficiently run. With multiple offers on the first open home we then held a second on the weekend where even more offers were made and ultimately a contract was signed. From launching Tuesday to a contract signed by COB the first Saturday. The team then continued to help out in any and all areas of the settlement stepping in where they needed to if things were dragging. Overall Cara B and Cara S were perfect.
