If working with a lovely caring person is important to you then Cara is the agent for you. She worked tirelessly over a 6 month period to secure a sale for my house. Cara or one of her team turned up for the open homes each Saturday to show the property each and every week without giving up. My house was a unique property and required a special person to come along to buy it. Cara waited patiently for the right person to buy it and secured a sale for us when that person did come. Cara was caring and kind throughout the process and even before we listed our property for sale we could rely on Cara to provide lots of advice for us regarding other properties we were looking to buy.

Cara had some great credentials and fantastic reviews which is why we decided to put our flat in her hands. We had made enquiries with other agents (one of whom was our letting Agent) and they were not very supportive, said the market is tough for flats at the moment and one didn't even want to handle it at all. Cara has been very easy to get along with from making the initial contact for information on the property to working in with us to make a viewing time that suited all of us to being easily contactable by phone or email. As purchases who live nearly 2 hours from the property we brought, Cara made the whole situation stress free, even negotiating the purchase price over the phone on a Sunday.
