I highly recommend Cara as THE BEST agent! After having my property with another agent for over two months without a successful sale, I came to Cara hoping she would perform a miracle...and she did! Within 2 weeks Cara had negotiated a fantastic price and I had a signed contract. She went beyond the call of duty to assist me in all aspects of the sale and has an in-depth knowledge of the market and the expertise to get the best price possible. Her communication skills are second to none and I was informed every step of the way what was happening. She was recommended to me by a friend who informed me that Cara was in the top 1% of agents.....well she certainly lived up to her reputation!

Cara consistently exceeded our expectations. Once she hooked a buyer, the close was within 48 hours. Cara managed to negotiate the highest sale price for a two bedroom villa sold in the history of our complex. Cara was extremely helpful after our sale - her follow through was impeccable! I would rate Cara Bergmann highly as she is very good at what she does. The only thing I was annoyed about is how long it took for the deposit balance to come back to us. I had to email Ray White to remind them that we had not yet received it and then Michelle had to chase it up.

Have you ever seen the picture of the frog with its head in the bird's mouth and his hands around the throat? There is a caption that goes with it that says "Never give up". Well, that is Cara and her team. Never during the process of trying to sell my property did Cara give up on me on on selling my property. When nobody turned up for an open home on one weekend Cara just had another one the next weekend. Perseverance paid off and even after I decided it was enough Cara still kept at it and actually sold my property after I told her that I am out of the market.
