What a experience we had we did a pre inspection on the Tuesday before our settlement on the Wednesday and asked for some things to to removed as they were broken. Cara said she would contact the owners and ask for them to remove them on moving in on Thursday the items were all still here so I rang Cara and asked for her to organize to have them removed after a few days her husband finally after more phone calls came to remove everything. Cars then told me that the owners didn't have to remove things that they don't want they have every right to leave it all here I told her that is not right and she said it was I fine for them to leave them I think that the real estate people need to sort this out otherwise people will start leaving all rubbish they don't want makes it very hard for the new people moving in. When I ask Cara for a copy of the pool certification she said her husband had done it and it was fine every time I asked for it I finally got a copy emailed to me after 2 weeks of asking for it from a lady called Samantha in the ray white ASPLEY office. Just not a great experience buying for us it had been 22 years since we last bought and she did spoil it for us with all the extra stress she caused.
