Cara was just amazing. She project managed my sale start to finish whilst I was overseas. It was above and beyond. I am literally on the otherside of the world and she sourced providers, arranged appointment etc for me. Her communicstion was flawless and her attention to detail fantastic. The settlement was quick and she guided me through everything. Simply the best agent I have ever worked with - not just in Australia but internationally. I wish there were more like her.

I found Cara Bergmann extremely helpful with ideas for presentation of my home at 25 Fairlane St Chermside West. I secured a great house price way above expectations.Cara was always available to talk and offered great advice to my queries. I also would recommend the list of tradesmen that Cara supplied to me as they were very reliable. Therefore in summary I would highly recommend Cara as an agent due to her knowledge ,honesty and availability.

I found Cara to be so easy to deal with from the initial inspection through to the pre-settlement. Nothing was a hassle for her. Cara was open and her communication in general was great. She has wonderful energy and passion for her clients and her properties. I would not hesitate to recommend Cara to anyone who is looking to sell their home, you will be well looked after.

From Day 1 since we had appointed Cara as our agent she has provided us with excellent service till the end. Her market knowledge is on her finger tips. Communicating with Cara was Fantastic as she was always reachable at any time of the day. I would highly recommend anyone selling or buying a property to use Cara as they agent as you wouldn't be disappointed. Thanks once again for everything Cara

We purchased a property through Cara and we found her to be extremely professional and very easy to deal with. She was always available to speak to and was very helpful throughout the entire process. We have no hesitation in recommending dealing with Cara.

Excellent advice and prompt return calls and of course successful sale of my property all contributed to a positive review

Cara was friendly and sincere in her approach, with no hard sell. She made herself available at all hours and assisted us in purchasing our property efficiently and smoothly. Very knowlegeable of the area, can't recommend highly enough.

Hard working agent, dedicated to the task at hand and very 'hands-on' with the process. Would certainly use Cara again.

Cara was a great help for us buying our new house. She was accomodating for us to do inspections and helped present a lovely home. Thanks!

Having been a national sales manager I would be delighted to have Cara on my team. She put her heart into the project stayed true to the game plan and saw success. At the finish did not dump and run but kept us firmly on her experienced hands to the conclusion . I will have now problems recommending her to my circle of influence . James

I would recommend Cara as a real estate agent who is trustworthy but also business-like at the same time

I highly recommend Cara as THE BEST agent! After having my property with another agent for over two months without a successful sale, I came to Cara hoping she would perform a miracle...and she did! Within 2 weeks Cara had negotiated a fantastic price and I had a signed contract. She went beyond the call of duty to assist me in all aspects of the sale and has an in-depth knowledge of the market and the expertise to get the best price possible. Her communication skills are second to none and I was informed every step of the way what was happening. She was recommended to me by a friend who informed me that Cara was in the top 1% of agents.....well she certainly lived up to her reputation!
