I can’t thank Cara and her team enough. Cara is exceptional at her job and makes you feel like you are special and important. Nothing is too much for Cara, she is always willing to go the extra mile for you and that's what makes her a stand out for me. You have moved mountains to help me get this and I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend Cara and will employ her gain when it's time to upgrade.
Cara and her team were fantastic during the entire process. She clearly explained their auction process and met with us immediately after the bidding to outline what would happen next. She was very quick to respond to any questions and helped get the property ready for transition. Her team followed up with us to provide information and help to make the process easier. We will definitely consider Cara for any future real estate transactions.
We could not have asked for a better result with the sale of our property in Chermside. From our first meeting, Cara gave exceptional advice and recommendations. She then blew us away with the final result. If you are selling your home, Cara and her team should be your number 1 point of call!
As a purchaser I was very pleasantly surprised at the high level of responsiveness of Cara and her team. With professionals and trades being so busy these days, I rarely receive a prompt acknowledgment to my email requests, let alone timely and useful replies to my queries. Cara not only acknowledged my contacts but quickly sent me the information I needed to address various questions, and, no question was too minor for Cara to address. Dealing with Cara made my purchase much smoother than I expected, and unusually stress free. I found her provision of sellers’ pre-sale holding and pest inspection reports, as well as other online statutory authority reports (which I usually have to pay my solicitor to provide, waiting too long on my former solicitor for some searches) not only a saving in fees and time, but helps me be better informed after first house inspection and to have a high level of confidence in my offer price. Cara’s contract preparation was reliable and quick, with signing easy and convenient for me. From her team answering all my questions during and after open house, all the way through to no-fuss pre-settlement inspection and providing me with keys after settlement, Cara and her team were highly professional, courteous, informative and responsive to my requests.
Cara came in, recommended all the right maintenance, got the job done so quickly. She was an absolute dream so work with. Her knowledge for the market and getting the price we needed was excellent.
One of my all time great songs was Tina Turners hit song ---Simply The Best Cara you are --- “Simply The Best"
From the first contact we felt confidant and in safe hands with Cara. Her presentation and knowledge of the market were spot on and we achieved and excellent result. If the need arises again we will go straight to Cara to sell our house.
Cara went above and beyond to sell our property! She kept us informed every step along the way and achieved a price which far exceeded our expectations. Cara was a pleasure to deal with and her industry knowledge and experience ensured we secured a sale quickly and with minimal fuss. Will definitely use Cara again for any future real estate needs.
Cara is an absolutely outstanding real estate agent who genuinely loves her job. Her extensive experience and love for the work she does translates to a top notch client experience. She is knowledge on all things real estate, from local sales right through to broader market trends. She is an excellent communicator who is honest and direct. I cannot fault this woman, she is an absolute powerhouse who worked to achieve us well over market value. Within one week on the market we had secured a purchase price in excess of 80k of what we were expecting. With two weeks on the market we were unconditional. Thank you Cara, you are the only person I would ever trust to sell our property.
The first time we met Cara was 12 years ago when we bought our house from her. Cara is an amazing estate agent as she is direct, honest, friendly and give us invaluable advise when selling our investment property. Communication wise, she is outstanding as she keeps us updated on the sale process. We have seen other estate agents as well, however we choose Cara as we know she will work extremely hard to get the best result for us. Thanks Cara xxx
